«What really matters in life, cannot be bought.
It is only offered from heart to heart»
Summary
Three good friends discovered a rare map to the World’s Greatest Treasure.
Spithas is getting all geared up for adventure. Chryssa is scared. Drossia doubts the treasure actually exists.
“The treasure is elsewhere!” says the special creature that comes to their guidance. “Each one of you will find the treasure, following his own path!” says the creature and hands them a magical verse each, while promising that if they do as the verse says, they will definitely reach their destination. “Always help, never harm”, “Always love everybody, steer clear from fear” , “ Love gives and forgives, selfishness steals away and forgoes”
This is how the adventure begins! The treasure hunt is packed full of fun, action and twists and turns. During their quest, the three friends get to meet incredible creatures of the woods. Talking trees and animals, giants and kind fairies help them get a better understanding of their own selves!
Their only opponent is Sneaky Ego, the guardian of the treasure, who does his best to obscure their judgment and lose their direction by getting them to form negative thoughts and feelings about themselves.
Will they make it? Will they manage to beat Ego and find the treasure that is so well hidden in the cave, overcoming all obstacles blocking their way? Will they display all the necessary qualities of courage, selfless service, cooperation, acceptance of diversity, gratitude and forgiveness to complete their journey or will the get lost in the woods forever?

Writers’ note
Aristotle, in his masterpiece “Moral Nikomacheia”, asks the question: “which is the greatest blessing?”. His answer is “Blissfulness”.
What is Blissfulness” Blissfulness is the greatest joy, true happiness. Which is the source of blissfulness? In this day and age, we all recognize that we have based our happiness mainly on accruing material things, falsely believing that “the more I own, the happier I am”.
As a result, Recession, along with all the problems that surfaced, stole away our laughter since the greatest source of our happiness, money, collapsed. Children, majorly influenced by society and family took a big blow from the financial insecurity their families have been experiencing.
“World’s Greatest Treasure” aims to give children and young people an opportunity to express and experience their feelings and to give their guardians a chance to soften their tensions and to change their outlook on everyday life. The play capitalizes on humor to awaken the audience’s hidden inner strengths, the real treasure we can base our happiness on. Through the treasure hunt, the children will discover hidden “diamonds” such as Courage, Frendship, Love, Selfless Service, Gratitude, Forgiveness, Acceptance of Diversity. As one of the play’s heroes has put it: “what really matters in life, cannot be bought, instead it is offered from heart to heart”. Join us in the hunt of World’s Greatest Treasure! Let’s find out together how to become richer in Happiness!
